The Custodial Technician Basic Course, offered by Binyard Specialty Cleaning in partnership with the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), is designed for individuals ready to build a career in the cleaning industry.

This course provides step-by-step training in:
Disinfecting surfaces the right way

Restroom and shower sanitation
Daily custodial best practices
Certification:
Upon completion (80%+ passing score across seven lessons), participants will earn a CMI Custodial Technician Basic Certification valid for two years.
